Is a petrol hedge trimmer easy to start?
All MITOX petrol hedge trimmers are designed to be easy to start. The SmartPull recoil assist on the Premium and Premium+ ranges ensure easier and quicker starting of the hedge trimmers whilst the PRO range has a Kawasaki Advanced Recoil system designed for the demanding professional user.
Are petrol hedge trimmers easy to use?
Mitox have designed their hedge trimmers to be both easy and comfortable to use. The ErgoTwist rear handles on the handheld models allow you to adjust the handle through 180 degrees whilst the effective Anti-Vibration systems ensure the machines are comfortable to use, even for longer periods of work.
What fuel should I use in my hedge trimmer?
We recommend the use of Aspen Fuel in all petrol machinery that we sell, to prevent engine damage caused by Ethanol found in petrol.
Do I need to sharpen the blades on a petrol hedge trimmer?
Hedge cutting blades need to be kept sharp to ensure a quality finish. Files can be purchased to maintain the sharpness of the cutter blades but if a blade is damaged, it should be replaced.
What is the difference between a PREMIUM hedgetrimmer and a PREMIUM+ model?
Mitox PREMIUM+ hedgetrimmers are fitted with our most effective anti-vibration system making these hedge trimmers extremeley comfortable to use, even when being used for long periods of time. Japanese Walbro carburettors  are also fitted to the PREMIUM+ hedge cutters for optimum performance and reliability.
